We Advance Understanding of How Energy Security and Strategic Alliances Shape U.S. National Security
Through research, educational programming, and engagement initiatives, CSA helps audiences better understand the geopolitical and policy dynamics influencing the United States and the Middle East.
About
Who We Are
The Council for a Secure America (CSA) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that seeks to strengthen U.S. national security by educating on the inextricable link between U.S. energy security, national security, and diplomacy. CSA educates stakeholders on energy security issues, the critical importance of the US-Israel relationship, and the role the Abraham Accords play in bolstering our nation’s long-term national security.
Through national briefings, public-opinion polling, research initiatives, and rapid-response analysis, CSA provides policymakers, industry leaders, and stakeholders with timely, accurate insights during periods of geopolitical uncertainty. CSA’s work is informed by a Peace Through Prosperity framework that emphasizes the strategic importance of natural resources as a national security imperative.
What We Do
CSA provides rapid response education to policymakers and leading industry officials during evolving global events and periods of geopolitical uncertainty. Through open-source research and analysis, CSA’s work translates complex global developments into strategic frameworks that clarify how resources and alliances shape security outcomes.
CSA conducts national and regional briefings, original research, public-opinion polling and off-the-record briefings that support informed decision-making. CSA’s research and programming are regularly utilized across Congress, state governments, and industry forums nationwide.
For 850 days, CSA commissioned CSA Israel-Hamas War Report, a continuously updated, hyperlinked resource compiling major developments across the war and its regional implications through a structured, source-linked timeline.
Together, these publications form an open research library, providing accessible, source-linked analysis for policymakers, academic institutions, media, and stakeholders around the world.
CSA also serves as a global convener, connecting state and federal policymakers, industry leaders, and research institutions, with key international partners.
