President and Chief Executive Officer
Lynn Granger is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association (COGA), the principal trade association representing the state’s oil and natural gas industry. She assumed the role in January 2025.
Before joining COGA, Ms. Granger held senior positions with the American Petroleum Institute (API), serving most recently as Region Director for API’s Midwest and Mountain West regions and, earlier, as Executive Director of API Colorado beginning in 2019. Prior to her energy-sector career she was Chief Operating Officer of Colorado Concern, a statewide business organization, and Communications Director at the Colorado Department of Revenue.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Granger served in the U.S. Army in both uniformed and civilian capacities, including work in strategic communications and as a press officer supporting senior Army leadership in Europe.
