Chief Executive Officer
North Whipple is the Oklahoma City based founder and Chief Executive Officer of a group of energy and technology companies. He launched Circle 9 Resources in 2013 as a private oil and gas venture focused on conventional production in eastern Oklahoma, then founded the Bison Companies in 2015, which grew into one of Oklahoma’s largest commercial water infrastructure providers, followed by Bison Technologies, a software platform addressing supply chain logistics and payments.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Whipple served as Director of Finance at PostRock Energy and as an analyst with the New York investment bank Berenson & Co. He is a graduate of Brown University and a native of Chicago.
