Martin Oliner

Director

Martin Oliner serves as a Director of the Council for a Secure America. An attorney in private practice since 1972, he specializes in international tax and the restructuring of distressed investments, and he serves as Chairman, President, and CEO of First Lincoln Holdings, an insurance and real estate holding company.

Mr. Oliner is a longtime leader in the Religious Zionist and U.S.-Israel communities. He serves as Co-President and Chairman of the Religious Zionists of America–Mizrachi, chairs the New York region of Israel Bonds, and has held board and committee roles with the Jewish Agency for Israel and Touro College. In 2020 he was appointed to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. He also served as Mayor of the Village of Lawrence, New York, from 2010 to 2016, having previously served as a village trustee.

He holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law, and he has taught law at institutions including NYU, Touro, and New York Law School.
