The Abraham Accords — A Country-by-Country Assessment

This report and the country rankings herein were based on expert analysis of the current geopolitical situation in the Middle East, drawing on primary and secondary sources and CSA’s polling in relevant countries. Rankings reflect a range of factors, including domestic political power and governmental structure, public opinion and statements by political leaders, relations with the United States and Israel, regional alliances, economic and energy interests, and ongoing conflicts. These factors were considered together to assess each country’s political willingness and capacity to normalize relations with Israel and join the Abraham Accords. The rankings reflect conditions prior to the time of publication and may change as political and security developments unfold.
