Richard Altman is President of Richard Altman & Associates in Vienna, VA. Altman has a long history of work and volunteerism in the American Jewish community and beyond.
After serving as the National Coordinator/Deputy General Counsel of AIPAC, (the American Israel Public Affairs Committee), Mr. Altman was named President and Executive Director the National PAC (NatPAC). Founded by Marvin Josephson, Ralph Lauren and a host of other distinguished Americans, Mr. Altman helped grow the organization from its initial 1,000 to 60,000 members and directed the then largest non-connected political action committee in the United States for more than 10 years. Early in his career, Mr. Altman was a professional staff on the House Appropriations Committee for Labor, Health and Human Services.
He is a graduate of the George Washington University, Elliot School of International Affairs with a B.A. in Public and International Affairs and of the Georgetown University Law School where he secured his Juris Doctor.
